This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be issued to users of EVCULT, a service operated by EVSTACKS Private Limited, an e-mobility service provider and aggregator of charge point operators. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to the terms outlined below.1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:- The charging session failed to initiate due to a technical issue or charger unavailability.
- No energy was delivered during the session (validated via system logs).
- You were incorrectly billed (e.g., double charge, overcharge).
- A charger reservation was canceled in line with our cancellation policy.
- A subscription was canceled during a valid free trial period, if applicable.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:- Charging sessions that were successfully completed.
- Reservations canceled outside of the permitted cancellation window.
- Service, convenience, or platform booking fees.
- Fees charged by third-party payment processors.
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled offers, unless explicitly stated.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:- Email us at support@evcult.com.
- Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Registered phone number or email
- Charging session ID or transaction reference
- A clear reason for the refund request
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident.
4. Refund Processing
- If approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your in-app EVCULT wallet unless otherwise specified.
- All refund requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed.
