• Your account information would be deactivated for 90 days before account data deleted.
• You may reactivate your account within 90 days again by emailing us at support@evcult.com.
• Any fund in the wallet won’t be refunded once the account is deactivated or deleted.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
